🔄 Return & Refund Policy – elollya

At elollya, we strive to ensure our customers’ complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

📅 Return Period

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Products that are used or damaged by the customer

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Personal hygiene products (for sanitary reasons)

📦 Return Process

Send an email to elollya@gmail.com including your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with sending the product back.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error from elollya.

💰 Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically using the same payment method used at checkout, within 7 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must request a return and then place a new order.
